Update: After posting this review, I finally have a functioning website. It's running smoothly now. However, my overall experience with this company remains unchanged. I'm giving it 2 stars now since my issues have been resolved.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had. I approached this company to create my website, and what was meant to take 4 to 5 weeks stretched into nearly 6 months, and I still didn’t have a working site. I provided all the necessary info promptly, but it felt like I was constantly going back and forth because they kept messing up the uploads. The guy I was dealing with, Josh, just vanished. I got an email saying his address was no longer active. When I called to ask about his absence and the email issue, I was informed he had been reassigned to another department. Then I started working with Jack. He was helpful at first, but once he realized I wouldn’t be using their hosting and maintenance services, I ended up with an incomplete product. I was told to rely on the maintenance service I had for the 'minor' fixes needed. They launched my site with generic contact details instead of mine and didn’t set up a payment option for my customers, despite me giving them my PayPal info twice. I was also supposed to get some basic training materials, but all I got was a recording of me asking questions.

This company really needs to step up its customer service and collaborate more closely with clients during the website development. More Zoom meetings throughout the process would be way better than relying on a middleman.

Additionally, they ought to have training materials ready for basic backend usage of the site.

A few months back, I ordered a logo from Logo Valley Design and dealt with a really poor communicator. After waiting ages, he just vanished. Then I got another agent to help with my design, but guess what? He disappeared too. I had to reach out via the website since my emails were ignored, only to find out the second agent was gone as well.

Finally, we got a third agent who seemed promising. He asked me to leave a positive review on App Verticals, which I did because he was way better at keeping in touch than the others.

But out of nowhere, he disappeared too. When I called the company again, they told me he had COVID and couldn’t help. Another agent stepped in, and then the one who had COVID returned. The logo was finished, but he sent me the wrong files. Now, they’re not responding to my emails or calls.

Can you believe I started this logo journey on May 16, 2022? Today is October 4, 2022. They really missed the mark on deadlines. Seriously, steer clear of this company. I would’ve gladly paid more to someone who could actually meet deadlines and my expectations.
